I will keep this short. As mentioned in reaction to the previous prompt, online tools is what matters to me, since playing in person is more of a rarity and even there, aside from nice handouts where appropriate, I do not need much. But for online play, good tools are important and make a lot of difference.
Discord, as the main platform that I use for playing games, is in the centre of this. With experience and good set of bots, the online play can be very well sorted, organised and functional. But I dream about a perfect discord bot, that using a user friendly UI and big set of tools to adjust everything would take care of game organisation.
Some bots (like sesh) are already doing decent job, while others have risen and died during the boom of online play that were pandemic years. I dream of a bot, that would handle sign ups by automatically assigning roles and access to specific channels and permissions. But most importantly, it would come with a nice, adjustable, filtrable and automatically updated calendar embed. No more external calendars or manual updating. Overviews and neat information.
That is what I would love to see.
